Retrieve a call from your cell phone that has been ever sent or forked from your extension back to your Extension phone.
To retrieve a call from cell phone and pick it up from your extension phone:
1. Put the cell phone call on hold.
2. Dial *51 from your extension phone.
You’re driving into the office and you receive a call forked from your extension to your cell phone. By the time you arrive at the office, you decide to finish the call from your extension phone, so you put the caller on hold and send the call to your extension phone.
